[售後服務]
每一件 CRYSTALP® 產品，由購買日起算，須符合上述產品保養要求, 並排除人為因素的損壞，可享受六個月的免費保固與維修或選擇以舊換新，如果無法修復將以同等價值產品取代。如果因為使用不當，自行嘗試維修，使用上的疏忽，正常磨損或意外受損的損壞，不屬於保固範圍。

需要售後服務時，請將Crystalp®銷貨單, 發票，產品原包裝一併送回。

  1. Clean your jewelry with soft, lint free cloth. Do not use cleaning substances or ultrasonic.
  2. Please protect your jewelry from falling, scratching, and touching hard surfaces. Preserve your jewelry in the original box or in the original velvet/organza pouch.
  3. Avoid contacting your jewelry with cleaning substances, creams, perfumes, cosmetics, hair sprays, water, and steam. Take off your jewelry when you take a bath, shower, sauna or when you swim, work out or go to bed.
  4. Protect your jewelry from exposure to high temperatures.

Damage due to improper use cannot be acknowledged.

QUALITY
CRYSTALP® jewelry is designed in Austria, Tyrol - in the heart of the European Alps. All jewelry metal parts are made from high quality allergy free alloys with plating from precious metal (gold, rhodium, platinum, and others).

Each CRYSTALP® meets the highest quality and design level.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR
For each piece purchased from authorized retailers CRYSTALP® offers an international limited warranty for 6 months covering manufacturing and material defects at the time of purchase.

Every piece found to be defective under this warranty will be either repaired, replaced, or substituted. In case of substitution, it cannot be guaranteed that the consumer will receive the same design but a piece of comparable value.

Warranty shall not apply to any goods which have been subject to abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear or an accident.

To request our warranty service please bring the damaged article in its original packaging with invoice and the certificate to us.

[Health Conscious]
CRYSTALP® produces health consciously and only manufactures jewelry which is allergy-free according to the guidelines of European union.

[ECO-sensitive]
CRYSTALP® guarantees an eco-sensitive production and therefore supports EU bans on toxic metals and other harmful materials. The standards of the REACH regulation are part of the CPQ.
